"I have been a client of Pat Brown's State Farm insurance agency for 15 years. The service has always been excellent. I particularly appreciate the regular reminders and reviews for updating my coverage. In a recent underwriting situation, Pat and her staff were particularly active and helpful in resolving a situation regarding renewal of my homeowners insurance. I have homeowners, auto, and personal liability insurance with State Farm through Pat's agency. Nine years ago a fire required complete restoration of the interior of my home. I called Pat and within 3 hours I had a contact with State Farm, an initial check for needed expenses and State Farm arranged paid hotel accomodations. I had no problem with getting payment for my losses up to the limit of the policy. I heartily recommend insuring with State Farm through the Pat Brown agency."
